Toe crunches help restore movement to the toes after injury, or help strengthen the feet in order to prevent injuries.

This exercise is great for improving balance and preventing falls.

  1. Sit in a chair and place a hand towel on the floor beside your foot.
  2. Use the toes to grab and pick up the towel and then release it.
  3. Perform this exercise 10 times daily or as directed by your Podiatrist.
