To experience the benefits, try to practice deep breathing exercises for just a few minutes each day. Focus on breathing deeply down into your tummy using your diaphragm to expand your lungs fully. Take deep breaths in through the nose, and exhale slowly through the mouth. Repeat this 4-5 times.

This helps you to de-stress and promotes relaxation.
